This masterclass focuses on sustained repetitions and slow deep breaths over fluidity and is approachable for all level practitioners.

We explore a variety of shoulder, belly and hip flexor openers as well as back body strengtheners to provide integrity and structure to the shapes.

Due to the closure of our brick & mortar studio (mandated by the City of Atlanta) and after talking with each participant of our training we have postponed this training.  We will be rescheduling upon re-opening our. studio later this summer.  Stay tuned for more information...
