{sacred} Flow

200HR Immersion in the System of Yoga

starts Sept 17th

A {sacred} Flow 200HR Immersion is an embodied experience for those looking to rejuvenate their physical practice & move beyond a purely physical definition of yoga.  We layer pranayama, mantra, meditation, mudras, and storytelling into each {sacred} Flow class and focus on these elements in our training. Because we are committed to enabling strong teachers immediately, your skills can be put to use working in the community, advocating for yoga in corporate environments, teaching in a studio setting, improving your personal connection to yoga and creating an empowered home practice.

Our program is unique because we weave in trauma-sensitivity, inclusivity, service work, and social entrepreneurship.  Graduates have gone on to open studios, develop community programs, integrate yoga into schools & medical settings and change their communities!  Read on to learn about our two formats: a 4 month weekend program that begins with an Online foundational training and progresses into live, in-person weekends together and three One-Week Modules coupled with online training and mentorship. Our next training is in weekend format (beginning with two weeks together online in August & transitioning to in-person weekends together). Each has their own perks if you're curious to learn more or discuss.

Styles Covered in Our Training Include

Creative Vinyasa

Yin Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Trauma-Informed Yoga

Pricing: Weekend Training $3000

What is the format of the training course?

In Fall 2021 we will offer our next training which is a "weekend format" running every other weekend.  We are generally together

Friday 7:00PM-9:00PM

Saturday 8AM-4PM

Sunday 8AM-5PM

You will also be asked to attend ten {sacred} thread classes (this is included in training cost) & meet twice with your yoga partner outside of training weekends.

Will I be certified after this Immersion?

Our program is recognized by Yoga Alliance.  Upon completion of the program you'll be eligible for a RYT200 designation  This, however, assumes you've been present for each training day or made up missed time prior to the graduation date.

We allow students to miss up to 10 hours of time and make this up with self-study assignments.  Assignments MUST be completed and turned into faculty when due in order to get credit for these make up hours.  Beyond this time, you can make up an additional 20 hours of missed time with paid private sessions.

Who is this training for?

Dedicated students and teachers who are interested in deepening their understanding of the teachings of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Asana from a place of embodied experience. There is not a need to teach after training, though we do focus on cultivating your voice as a teacher.  The basis of this experience is you & your peers.  Training is interactive and experiential. From a place of clear comprehension you will form your own way of sharing the wisdom with others.

What is the Cost of Training?

Our Weekend Program for 2021 is $3000 and includes binder, books, journal, 10 classes at our studios, and your {sacred} thread certificate. During the tenure of training you'll also receive 30% off extra classes, 15% of retail and sweet perks & treats.

Is a payment plan available?

Yes. Both programs require non-refundable deposits to hold your space.  For our weekend program we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your space and 4 even installments of $625 made each month starting on August 1st.

What if I miss a session?

We allow up to 10-Hours of self-study make up assignments. We will assign "deliverables" to present to your peers or turn into faculty for this time based on the content you miss.  Time missed beyond this will require submitting your own "make up" plan for approval which should be  constructed of workshops at {sacred} thread and individual private time with faculty. Workshops run $25-50 an hour generally and Private Rates are typically $80-100 an Hour. While you will still be welcomed to complete the Immersion, missing more than 30 hours of training time is not permitted relative to Yoga Alliance Certification.

How do I apply for training?

We do not currently have an application process.  We've found in our experiences with other trainings we've taken that applications are often disingenuous because everyone is typically accepted.  We've also found even when we set a standard of what's necessary to be accepted - applications are often misleading and those who we expect to be most prepared are not always.

We've found that the biggest hurdle to training is having the time to do it. If you're able to attend without missing time, and willing to make this commitment we invite you to put a deposit to hold your space.

Our Weekend Program is open for 2021 Registrations.  Deposit here.
