I like to create an inviting atmosphere where students can find grounding, be creative,
and hone in on their inner power. My approach to yoga is to come as you are. It does
not matter if you can do all the poses, come as you are and you will feel the
transformational benefits of yoga in your mind, body and spirit.


I found yoga in my early adult life as a complement to my dance training and a release
from day to day stressors. The flexibility and strength benefits I receive from yoga has
helped reduce the chronic back pain I experience from scoliosis, while keeping me
balanced and grounded in my everyday life. I continue to discover more about myself
every time I surrender to my mat. I teach to share the strength and healing benefits of
yoga in hopes that students will find self-love, self-discovery and transformation.
