I came to yoga for the physical workout but stayed for the compassionate community and the lessons in self love. My teaching style strives to strike a balance between the physical and mental benefits of yoga so that yogis of all kinds can walk away from my class with whatever they need. I believe that yoga should be accessible and sustainable for all, so I offer modifications and alignment instructions for those seeking to ease or advance their practice.
In my classes students will grow their awareness of body and breath to find deeper physical and emotional strength - whether through an energetic flow or a sweet meditation.
I teach to share the lessons of awareness and compassion that I have learned on my mat, with the hope that the tools we learn in the studio help us to live bigger, bolder, and brighter lives out in the world.
